Customer Interactions tribe is looking for an enthusiastic young graduates who is interested in applying their knowledge into practice and under the coaching and supervision of a more experienced business analyst to support in the analysis and documentation of business, functional and non-functional requirements.

Within an agile environment, you will also have the opportunity to learn from the different roles within your squad (testers, developers) and to collaborate closer with them in order to formulate user's stories that will serve to create the backlog later on. This will serve to give you more insights on the different applications and technologies are being used to meet the business needs.

By joining the Customer Interactions tribe (CI) , you will be in charge of delivering an effortless and frictionless customer journey for prospects, current customers as well as internal users, across their interactions with and within Swift while increasing their autonomy! As the Customer Interaction (CI) Tribe we are on a mission to improve these end-to-end interactions and are therefore evolving our significant technology stack. Three years into our journey we are progressing with the consolidation and renewal of this technology and our main focus is doing it right from the start.

You will be joining a diverse Tribe of 120 enthusiastic people, spread over mainly 3 locations (Belgium, Malaysia and the Netherlands). We value our collaborative, learning and open feedback culture.

• You will be joining the pioneer team for PEGA in Malaysia.
• You will contribute to the analysis of the different requests received from the stakeholders.
• You will participate in workshops and sessions facilitated by other business analysts and document the outcome
• You will learn the documentation methodology and the usage of the documentation tools.
• You will contribute with other business analysts, testers and developers in the ideation process for solutions
• You will develop own knowledge of Swift business and internal process.
• You will participate in the life of the squad and in the Agile ceremonies.

• University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands on experience and fundamental knowledge in PEGA will be an added advantage.
• Open-minded, curious, and a true team player – gaining energy through collaboration with others
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Good communication skills

• Training is provided
